I don’t like this IKEA® bathroom towel, will you take it back? Yes, we can do this for you for a small charge (usually waived if we are coming near you). Please ensure the item is under three months old and you still have the receipt and IKEA’s original packaging.[divider=”1″]
Parts of my IKEA® bookcases are damaged inside the box. What can you do for me? We can pick these up from you, and get them exchanged at IKEA® Lakeside and deliver back to you. As long as we delivered to you in the first place, this is all for free. Even if we did not deliver to you, we can organise this for you, for a very small fee.
I bought a Malm bed and there are some missing pieces? We hold a huge range of IKEA fixings on the van which we can normally help out with. For larger pieces, we can liaise direct with IKEA and deliver back to you, all for free.[divider=”1″]
Which IKEA store do you shop at? We shop mostly at the IKEA Lakeside store.
What happens if something I order is out of stock? We shop at IKEA Lakeside at least twice a week. We will attempt to get your items until you tell us to stop. If we are for some reason unable to fulfill your order, we then ask you what you wish to do.[divider=”1″]

I want to furnish a whole house for a holiday let and also need some IKEA sofas. Can you help? Yes we can. We help initially with an advisory service and advise depending on the eventual use of the house. As you appreciate, furniture for home use is probably not always suitable for holiday letting use. I don’t live in the UK. The keys to my house are held by a key-holder. Is this a problem? No, We liaise with key-holders and get the job done even though you are not around.[divider=”1″]
I live outside your standard area. Can you deliver to me? Again we would be more than happy to. We charge a mileage rate of 0.80 per kilometer from the edge of the zone nearest you, plus the zone rate.[divider=”1″]
